GENERAL:
Warwick Fraser & Company Limited (herein referred to as RackingIT).
SPECIFICATIONS:
The right is reserved to vary specifications in the light of prevailing circumstances and without warning. Specifications and images presented on this WEB site or in RackingIT’s catalogue or other publications are only intended to present a general idea of the goods described.
DELIVERY:
- Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) and can arrive between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm (unless advised by us of an earlier delivery time) on the delivery date and to the delivery address requested.
- Deliveries are to ground floor goods-in or reception – Special deliveries and WF Racking installation is available at additional cost, please contact 01403 753069 for further information.
- In the event you (or your representative) are not there to receive the goods there may be a re-delivery charge by the transport company; this will be passed on to you.
- All deliveries have to be signed for as proof of receipt unless the customer gives written authorisation (before goods are despatched) for the goods to be left without a signature - this written authorisation removes liability by the courier or RACKINGIT for the goods after delivery.
- All goods leave our premises in good condition but if you are not satisfied with the goods on arrival DO NOT ACCEPT delivery. In any event, if you are not satisfied with the goods RACKINGIT will need to be informed in writing, by email, fax or post within 3 working days and the goods returned in their original condition to RACKINGIT within 7 days, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
- Please unpack/unwrap cabinets and racking units to check the condition and quantity of all goods before signing for them.
- Shortage, damage or incorrect deliveries should be clearly stated on the signed delivery note to be returned to RACKINGIT and RACKINGIT notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Any goods delivered to the Customer shall remain the property of the RackingIT until payment in full, has been made, but the risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
- Without exception no returns will be accepted after the statutory 7-day cancellation period, unless by prior agreement with RACKINGIT.
- If cancellation rights have not been exercised within the 7-day cancellation period, all goods returned after 7 working days will incur a 25% handling charge as well as a collection charge where applicable, unless the items are faulty in which case no charge will be made.
- Collection can be arranged by RACKINGIT and will be subject to a collection charge.
- Before returning goods the customer must obtain a returns number from RACKINGIT and quote this number when returning the goods.
REFUNDS:
After the statutory 7-day cancellation period, all refunds are at the total discretion of RACKINGIT and will be subject to the RACKINGIT Returns Policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers have the legal right, up to 7 days after the day the goods are delivered to cancel their order, which has to be received in writing from the customer and delivered by fax, email or post to RACKINGIT. Collection charges plus standard rate VAT are applicable for all goods being returned due to cancellation.
In the event of a customer cancelling an order within the statutory 7 days, the customer is responsible for reasonable care of goods until they are returned. The customer is responsible for the return of the goods to RACKINGIT for all the delivery and associated costs.
We are however unable to accept cancellation of contract under the following conditions:
- Items are returned incomplete, without original packaging etc.
- Items have suffered physical damage whilst in your possession.
- Items of a digital nature (such as software) and where the items have been unsealed.
- 'Special services' such as priority delivery, custom configuration or manufacture of products are not refundable under this policy.

THE CONTRACT:
- In the event of the performance of any obligation accepted by RackingIT being prevented, delayed, or in any way interfered with by any cause beyond its control RackingIT may at its option suspend performance or cancel the obligation without liability or loss.
- Moving parts should receive regular maintenance where necessary and all electrical equipment should be regularly inspected.
- RackingIT does not accept responsibility for damage to, or caused by, any equipment subjected to overloading, or used for purposes other than those for which it is designed.
- RackingIT’s liability for direct or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other party shall be limited to the sale price of the goods causing such loss or damage.
- Materials used in printing, including electrotypes, negatives and cylinders, will remain the company’s exclusive property.
- ORDER DETAILS
Any email or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email. - We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
- PRICING DETAILS
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website we will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price. - DELIVERY DETAILS
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. - Without prejudice to your statutory rights we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, legislation or other factors outside our control, or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered.
- In such cases we will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made, in full.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from non-shipment.
